Check your child’s cubby for order forms. If you need additional forms ask Polly or print your own forms via the link on our website. We accept cash or check for payment. Checks should be made payable to Northern Lights School. Make sure to include your name, phone number and your child’s name on the order form so we can properly sort orders for pick-up.

 

Return payment and order forms to the Equal Exchange labeled box located directly inside the school’s main doors on the bookshelf on the left by Monday, November 28th.
